The Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity ReStore will move to 3015 N. 114th St., Wauwatosa, where it has recently leased 35,000 square feet of space from WBP LLC.
Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented WBP LLC and Trent Poole of CB Richard Ellis represented Habitat for Humanity in brokering the lease.
The ReStore is currently located at 801 S. 60th St., West Allis. The store sells overstocked, discounted, new and used building materials donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors and individuals. The items are then sold at a fraction of the retail price to the public.
Profits from the ReStore help fund Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building and renovating affordable housing for lower income individuals.
