Hartland industrial building sold for $2.25 million
HM Product Solutions Ltd. recently moved from Brookfield to a 44,860-square-foot building at 581 S. Industrial Dr., Hartland, which it purchased from Dorner Manufacturing Corp. for $2.25 million. The building is located on a 3-acre parcel.
Stephen Provancher, principal of Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial, represented HM Product Solutions and David Buckley and Kurt Van Dyke of Colliers Barry represented Dorner Manufacturing in brokering the sale.
HM Product Solutions moved to the building from a 20,000-square-foot space that it leased in the Gateway Business Park in Brookfield.
Dorner Manufacturing moved out of the Industrial Drive building to a 140,000-square-foot facility at 975 Cottonwood Ave., Hartland.
