Shoppes at Fox River adds more tenants

One of the few new retail developments in southeastern Wisconsin, the Shoppes at Fox River at 1200 W. Sunset Dr. in Waukesha continues to add tenants.
The shopping center, being developed by Opus North Corp., recently obtained leases with Dollar Tree for 9,000 square feet of space, Mattress Firm for 3,500 square feet of space, Five Guys Restaurant for 2,500 square feet of space and Men’s Hair House for 2,103 square feet of space.
Mike Fitzgerald of Mid-America Real Estate represented Opus North in brokering the leases.
The Shoppes at Fox River is anchored by Target and Pick ‘n Save stores. Other tenants in the development include Buffalo Wild Wings, Gamestop, Noodles & Company, CVS Pharmacy, Verizon Wireless and Chili’s Grill & Bar. A Petco store is under construction.
