What has fueled your company’s growth?
In part the recession, as out-of-work individuals often return to school to gain new job skills. Also, the growing health care industry and its need for qualified workers.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
Government regulations. The Department of Education has issued what some call “a lifetime of regulation” over the past year for educational institutions, especially those that pay taxes. These regulations will inhibit innovation and educational choice for students, and end up encouraging progressive institutions to consider international (rather than domestic) expansion. That will be a loss for our workforce development and economy.
