Krukowski & Costello recently sold the three-story, 15,300-square-foot office building at 7111 W. Edgerton Ave., Greenfield, for $1.06 million, or about $69.28 per square foot, to a partnership of principals for Campbell Corp. and Medical Systems Inc. Those companies will occupy the second floor of the building.
Krukowski & Costello, a boutique law firm, moved out of the building to the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee.

Steven Anderson of Anderson Commercial Group represented the law firm in brokering the sale. Anderson Commercial Group will market the building for tenants, Anderson said. The first and third floors in the building are vacant.
