GenCap Sun Prairie LLC recently purchased Capitol Plaza West, a 31,706-square-foot strip mall at 17495 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, from Capitol Plaza West LLC for $1.925 million, or about $60.71 per square foot. GenCap Sun Prairie is an affiliated entity of Fox Point-based General Capital Group.
John Kuhn and John Dulmes, both of Siegel-Gallagher, represented Capitol Plaza West in brokering the sale.

The strip mall, located southwest of Capitol Drive and Calhoun Road and next to a Pick ‘n Save store, is about half vacant.
