Palec no longer with CB Richard Ellis
Steve Palec, an office space broker who was a senior vice president for the Milwaukee office of CB Richard Ellis is no longer with that firm, sources confirmed. No information about why Palec recently left the firm was available. Palec could not be reached for comment. Palec is still doing work for some of his existing clients from CB Richard Ellis, according to a source. Palec is one of the most prominent office space brokers in the Milwaukee area and has handled several major deals over the years. He brokered the sale of the GE Healthcare building in Wauwatosa and was involved in the Manpower Inc. corporate headquarters deal in downtown Milwaukee. Palec is also a disc jockey for FM 96.5 WKLH.
Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects recently hired Terri Agnew as a controller, Melisa Jungen as an accounting assistant and Kim Schroeder and Lisa Mary Shamakov as marketing specialists. Agnew was previously employed in the accounting department for DAAR Engineering. Shamakov was previously a marketing coordinator/graphic designer for La Dallman Architects.
