Developer plans to expand Muskego apartment development
Hoffmann Management plans to expand the Will Glen apartment development at W182 S8450 Racine Ave., Muskego. The developer plans to build 11 buildings, each with 4 apartments. The four existing buildings in the complex, which have a total of 32 units, would be renovated. The complex would have a total of 76 apartments when the project is complete.

O’Reilly Auto Parts plans Muskego store
O’Reilly Auto Parts plans to open a store in the vacant space formerly occupied by Blockbuster Video in the Parkland Plaza building northwest of Janesville Road and Parkland Drive. The rest of the building is occupied by a U.S. Post Office and a Sherwin Williams paint store.

New Berlin spa plans to move to new building in Muskego
L Spa & Boutique, a full service day spa located at 15807 W. National Ave., New Berlin, is working on plans to move to a new 3,042-square-foot building that would be built northwest of Janesville Road and Tess Corners Drive in Muskego.

Nominations sought for Mayor’s Design Awards
Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is seeking nominations for the annual Mayor’s Design Awards. “Remarkable” buildings, individuals, spaces or physical improvements in the city of Milwaukee will be honored. ProHealth Care completes Sussex clinic expansion
ProHealth Care Medical Associates recently completed an 8,000-square-foot addition to its 11,000-square-foot clinic on Corporate Circle, near Highway 164 and County Highway K, in Sussex. The expansion created space to accommodate additional primary and specialty care physicians. Four family practice physicians moved from the Pewaukee ProHealth Care Medical Associates to the new space at the Sussex clinic.
