A 6,800 square foot office building was acquired and renovated for its new corporate headquarters. The new location will house executive, sales, accounting, and administrative staff. State of the art technology was utilized to integrate all communication, conferencing, and computer systems with its existing 13,000 square foot engineering offices at this location. TriCore employs 75 engineers, computer scientists, and other dedicated professionals serving major clients throughout North America.
Neumann Land Development of Waukesha will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, July 16, for its latest residential subdivision, called Highlander Estates in Mequon. Located on land formerly owned by the Mequon-Thiensville School District, Highlander Estates will feature 110 acres of developed land for single-family homes. It will be developed in three phases, with 36 home sites included in Phase I and an additional 75 coming in the subsequent two phases for a total of 111 sites.
