Milwaukee-based identification solutions manufacturer Brady Corp. has appointed Russell Shaller to the position of senior vice president and president of its Identification Solutions business, effective June 22. Shaller will report to Brady president and chief executive officer Michael Nauman, and will lead Brady’s largest global platform that includes safety and facility identification, wire identification and product identification businesses.
Shaller comes to Brady from Teledyne Technologies Inc., where he served as president of the Microwave Solutions business with responsibility for advanced microwave products sold into the aerospace and communications industries. Prior to joining Teledyne in 2008, he worked as division leader of the Electronic Products Division of W. L. Gore and Associates.
“Russell Shaller brings a wealth of applicable leadership experience and a track record of success in organically growing both the top and bottom lines, and we are excited to have him join the Brady team,” Nauman said. “His strong background in developing emerging markets aligns with our strategies, and his passion for driving growth fits well with our vision for Brady.”
“Brady’s Identification Solutions business is an industry leader with dedicated and talented professionals bringing value-added safety and identification products and services to a wide range of customers,” Shaller said. “I’m looking forward to working with the Brady team to exceed our customers’ expectations and drive growth.”
Shaller’s predecessor is Matt Williamson, who is retiring after 36 years with Brady.
