Waterstone Mortgage Corp., one of the largest mortgage lenders in the U.S. with more than 500 employees in 11 states, will move its corporate headquarters from 1133 Quail Ct., Pewaukee, to the former GE Medical Systems building at N25 W23255 Paul Road, Pewaukee.
Waterstone Mortgage, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waterstone Bank SSB, is leasing 40,000 square feet of space in the Paul Road building, which is located in the Pewaukee Busines Center. It will be the sole tenant in the building.
Lyle Landowski and Scott Welsh of Colliers International|Wisconsin represented Waterstone Mortgage in brokering the lease.
