The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin will host its July breakfast meeting on Friday, July 20, from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. Tim Sullivan, former CEO of Bucyrus and current special consultant to the governor for workforce development, will discuss the skills gap in manufacturing and the efforts the state is taking to fix the problem.
