Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was selected to design and build a 72,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building at N28 W23302 Watertown Road, Pewaukee, for Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin.

Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected to design and build a 23,764-square-foot addition for Technitrol Inc. in Germantown.

Milwaukee-based KVG Building Corp. was selected to build a 13,000-square-foot retail building at 1200 Miller Park Way, West Milwaukee. KVG recently completed construction of a new Advance Auto Parts store in Sun Prairie and a renovation project for Milwaukee Family Vision Center at 8532 W. Lisbon Ave., Milwaukee.

Keller Inc. was selected to design and build a 2,500-square-foot façade upgrade for Tri-City Hyundai at 6133 S. 27th St., Greenfield. Keller was also selected to do the remodeling job for Crest Cadillac at 12800 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield.

Gerald Nell Inc. was selected to build a new convenience store and gas station for Kwik Trip at 1164 S. Pine St., Burlington.
