St. Francis-based Stark Investments plans to raise $39.5 million with Stark Mortgage Opportunities LP, a new hedge fund.
The company filed notice with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the new fund Monday. The minimum investment from an outside investor is $5 million.
According to the filing, 13 investors have already invested in the offering.
Stark Investments is a global alternative investment firm.
