Greenfire Management Services LLC, the construction management arm of the Potawatomi Business Development Corp., hired Matt Cool as a senior superintendent and Oliver Miotke as a general superintendent. Cool will oversee the ongoing construction at the Concordia Trust Properties and the new construction of the Data Holdings LLC data center there. Miotke will oversee the development of the Pow Wow Grounds and renovations to the Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel in Crandon and Carter, Wis.
