Lashley named principal of MLG Capital
Brookfield-based MLG Capital recently named Craig Lashley a principal with the firm. Previously, Lashley was vice president of investments. He joined MLG as an investment analyst in 2006. Prior to joining MLG he worked for Wells Fargo Advantage Funds as a registered securities representative. With MLG, Lashley’s responsibilities include the oversight of sourcing new acquisitions, financial underwriting, management of the due diligence process, investor relations, budget planning, financing, and asset value creation. “From the first day Craig joined MLG, Craig has worked hard and smart,” said Tim Wallen, chief executive officer and president of MLG Capital. “He performs his job with great professionalism and great concern for our investment clients. Ogden hires Gintoft
Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company Inc. recently hired Bob Gintoft was a senior commercial real estate associate. Gintoft was most recently a business developer for Impact Seven Inc. Previously he was executive vice president of leasing and acquisitions for Milwaukee-based Mallory Properties and he was senior vice president of corporate and industrial real estate at Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial. “Bob brings even more creativity and relationships to our productive team,” said Peter Ogden, president of Ogden & Company
