New hires and promotions

Henry (Rusty) Barham III has been named corporate Bank Secrecy Act officer at Associated Banc-Corp in Milwaukee. He is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and day-to-day management of the corporate BSA/AML/OFAC program in accordance with federal guidelines. Barham has 29 years of experience, most recently as senior vice president and director of bank secrecy act operations at Hancock Holding Company/Hancock Bank and Whitney Bank in New Orleans.
Aaron Frank has been named bank manager at Waukesha State Bank’s East Capitol Drive office in Pewaukee. He will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including business development, personnel, customer service lending and relationship management and community service. He has been at Waukesha State Bank for 12 years.
Jan Grimm has been named trust administrator at Town Bank in Hartland. She will offer fiduciary services for clients in Elm Grove, Hartland, Delafield, Wales and the greater Madison and Milwaukee markets. Grimm has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as a financial associate with Wintrust Wealth Management.
Bret A. McKitrick has been named an HR consultant at Associated Financial Group in Waukesha. He is the fifth member of AFG’s HR Solutions Team, responsible for teaching HR professionals about the rules governing HR and employee benefits. McKitrick has 10 years of legal experience, most recently as an attorney at Simandl & Prentice S.C.
Jackie Ruppel has been named assistant vice president and branch manager at Johnson Bank in Brookfield. She has 8 years of experience, most recently as branch manager and assistant vice president at BMO Harris Bank in Brookfield.
