- Fountain Boulevard Investments LLC purchased a 47,966-square-foot building at W142 N8999 Fountain Boulevard, Menomonee Falls, from K&D Holdings LLC. The building has been vacant for most of the last two years. Fountain Boulevard plans to spend $400,000 on improvements to the building for a new primary tenant, Milwaukee Builders Supply. The remaining 14,000 square feet will be marketed for lease.
