American Realty Capital Properties Inc. recently purchased the Wendy’s restaurant building at 7940 S. Howell Ave., located southwest of Howell Avenue and Drexel Avenues, across the street from the Drexel Town Square site, from GE Capital Solutions for $2.1 million, according to state records.
Earlier this year American Realty Capital Properties, a New York-based real estate investment trust, announced its purchase of a 447-property portfolio from GE Capital for $774 million. The portfolio includes assets primarily net leased to national restaurant chains. At least seven of those properties are located in southeastern Wisconsin.
