The number of homes sold in Wisconsin were down 0.1 percent in October, compared to October of 2012, but the median home sale price in the state was up 5.6 percent to $142,500, according to the latest report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
In southeastern Wisconsin the number of homes sold in October was up 0.6 percent to 2,033, compared to October orf 2012. Prices in southeastern Wisconsin were up 3.4 percent to $150,000 in October, according to the report.
