The 104-year-old Design Center building, located at 1119-25 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee was sold recently by BMO Harris Bank to Fransville, Wis.-based 1119 N. Water LLC for $1.07 million, according to state records.
The four–story building has a total of 30,304 square feet of space, according to city records. The ground floor of the building is occupied by a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The upper floors are used as office space for a variety of tenants.
The building has an assessed value of $1.9 million, according to city records.
