Koch brothers flip industrial building for big profit

With a real estate deal in the south suburbs, the Koch brothers are showing how to make a billion dollars — a couple million at a time.

The Kochs’ Wichita, Kan.-based conglomerate sold a distribution center in University Park for $31.9 million, or about 27 percent more than the company paid 12 months earlier, Will County property records show.
