The former Metropolitan Cadillac dealership at 10221 W. Arthur Ave. in West Allis sold recently for $2 million to an Illinois real estate investment group, according to state records.
The auto dealership closed last year. The inventory was purchased by Boucher Automotive Group.
The property was purchased by Glenview, Ill.-based Arthur Real Estate LLC from Brookfield-based The Stephenson Group LLC.

The property has two buildings, a 31,276-square-foot building and a 4,000-square-foot building on a 5-acre site.
The property has an assessed value of $2,975,600, according to Milwaukee County records.
