Brookdale Place Brookfield announced the opening of Clare Bridge Place Brookfield, a new memory care community located on the Brookdale Place Brookfield campus.
The community will offer Brookdale’s Clare Bridge program, which serves residents who require assistance with activities of daily living while providing a safe environment.
“As part of one of the largest senior living employers in the Milwaukee area, we are very excited to offer more options and solutions for optimum senior living in the greater Brookfield/Milwaukee area,” said Carrie Schroeder, executive director. “Clare Bridge Place Brookfield will include state-of-the-art Alzheimer’s and dementia care services that will enable residents living with memory-related illnesses to celebrate daily moments of success.”
Clare Bridge Place Brookfield features a specially-designed layout that and programming that provide structure for each day and assists seniors who have memory impairment, offering care needed to ensure quality of life.
The facility is located at 685 Woelfel Road in Brookfield.
