Developers Tim Gokhman and Ann Shuk are proposing a 31-unit, market-rate apartment development on a vacant parcel of land at 2650 N. Humboldt in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood.
The parcel (once home to a daycare facility) extends all the way east to a bike path and is within the Milwaukee River Greenway Overlay District.
The project is one of several apartment developments in and near downtown Milwaukee that have been completed recently, are under construction, or are planned.
