Neroli Salon & Spa in April will move its Third Ward location at 325 E. Chicago St., Milwaukee, to the Institute of Beauty and Wellness building at 327 E. St. Paul Ave.
An investors group led by Susan Haise, the owner of the Neroli and the Institute of Beauty and Wellness, bought the St. Paul Avenue building in 2010 and moved the institute there from 342 N. Water St.
The Third Ward Neroli Salon & Spa has been located in its current location for 20 years. But the salon and spa needs more space and will increase its size from 5,000 square feet now to 6,000 square feet in the St. Paul Avenue building, said Lynn Marie Reich, director of sales and marketing: Neroli will occupy the first floor of the building, which is currently vacant.
The new location will provide an opportunity to upgrade the salon and spa’s space, Reich said.
“Our goal is to elevate the experience we provide for guests,” she said.
Neroli’s current space on Chicago Street is being marketed for lease by The Boerke Company.
