Milwaukee-based Integrated Medical Partners, a full-service provider of profit-improvement solutions for medical practices, has hired Keith Chew as managing director of strategic positioning and consulting services. Chew will also have the same title with Integrated Radiology Partners, the IMP solution for Radiology Practices.
Chew brings over 25 years of experience in working with clients in leadership and management development. He most recently served as a senior strategic consultant for McKesson Corporation. He also is president of the Radiology Business Management Association, as well as the chairman of the Medical Group Management Association’s Medical Imaging Assembly.
Sheboygan Falls-based Pine Haven Christian Communities has hired Crystal
Thomas as a chef and Martina Wessels as a resident wellness manager.
Thomas has a degree in culinary arts, baking, and pastry arts & science from Johnson and Wales University, as well as a certificate in education. She has over 18 years of experience as a chef in a variety of settings, including restaurants, resorts and country clubs.
Pine Haven recently installed new, state-of-the-art technology in dietary food preparation including a “combi-oven” and a “blast chiller” over the summer, and Thomas was hired in order to make the most of the new equipment and to further enhance dining service.
Wessels earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Trinity Christian College and previously worked at a retirement community similar to Pine Haven providing fitness services to residents in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and dementia care environments.
She has already structured a new “Gym to Go” program, where she works with individual residents to assess their condition, set goals and conduct a personalized workout routine with them on a regular basis.
