Bottom Line Marketing and Public Relations, Milwaukee, added LeeAndra Klemm as office coordinator. In this role, Klemm will be responsible for the marketing firm’s day-to-day functions. She will handle overall operation of the office as well as management of company finances and will also write and conduct research for client projects.

Mortenson Safar Kim, Milwaukee, appointed Andrew Nordquist to creative director. Nordquist has expertise in consumer advertising, packaging, point-of-purchase, collateral and websites. He has facilitated projects for major brands such as GE Healthcare, MillerCoors/Leinenkugel and OPTIMA Batteries. In his new leadership position, he will work with clients, including Aurora Health Care, QPS Employment Group and Bank Mutual, on brand strategy and creative solutions across traditional and digital media platforms.

Brookfield-based Productive Knowledge Inc. has added Kevin Kutschenreuter as a web content and technical writer and search engine optimization manager. Kutschenreuter has experience in technical communication, editing, publishing, copywriting, marketing and search engine optimization.

Johnson Bank appointed Amy Schleg vice president, regional mortgage production manager, for the Milwaukee, Green Bay and Appleton markets. Schleg has 19 years of banking experience between Washington and Ozaukee Counties. She previously worked at BMO Harris Bank in Cedarburg as the mortgage market manager. Johnson Bank also recently named Tracy Dalton senior vice president, wealth fiduciary services manager. Dalton has more than 23 years of legal and financial services experience. Prior to joining Johnson Bank, she was vice president and U.S. fiduciary manager of personal trust services for BMO Harris Bank in Chicago.

Ixonia Bank has named Mark Wierman senior vice president, chief lending officer. Wierman has 30 years of commercial lending experience. He previously served as a senior leader of Associated Bank’s commercial banking team and was at the helm of its asset-based lending group. In his new leadership role, he will oversee the bank’s commercial lending team and loan portfolio. He will also guide the bank’s new business development. Ixonia Bank also recently appointed Jason Grubba vice president, residential landing. Grubba has more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining the bank, he managed Inlanta Mortgage’s Oconomowoc location.

Mount Mary University, of Milwaukee, has welcomed Pamela Owens as vice president of development. Owens has close to 20 years of experience in development with faith-based and higher education organizations. Her career has included lead development positions with Stevens Point Area Catholic Schools, Stevens Point-based Saint Michael’s Hospital Foundation, and Rock Valley College in Rockford, Ill. At Mount Mary, Owens will guide the university’s institutional advancement with attention to development, alumnae and donor relations.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp. has named Rachel McKinney vice president of human resources. McKinney has more than 30 years of human resources experience and previously served as executive vice president, chief human resources officer, for Appleton-based School Specialty, Inc. The Marcus Corp. also recently promoted Kim Lueck to chief information officer. Lueck has been with the company’s theater division for 17 years, most recently serving as chief information technology officer. Additionally, Marcus Theatres has named Barbara Gromacki vice president of human resources for the theater division. Gromacki has 20 years of experience and previously served as corporate director, human resources, for Sensient Technologies Corp.

White Lodging promoted Jeffrey Coyle to general manager of Millioke–Meat, Cheese, Beer in downtown Milwaukee. Coyle, who has more than a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, has worked for White Lodging as one of Millioke’s restaurant managers since June 2013. He previously served as general manager of Harry’s Bar and Grill and Vivo Urban Grill in Milwaukee. White Lodging also recently appointed John Rudolph III executive chef. Rudolph has a decade of culinary experience and, prior to his new role, was the executive sous chef at the Waldorf Astoria Boca Raton Beach Club.

Interior Design

CJ & Associates Inc., headquartered in New Berlin, has named Roberta Montague director of new business development. Montague, who launched her career at CJ & Associates as a sales assistant, has 33 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. In her new leadership capacity, she will work to establish and grow business relationships throughout southeastern Wisconsin and Madison while focusing on increasing the company’s sales volume and market share.

Waukesha-based Corporate Design Interiors appointed Jennifer Kilp to director of design. The company also named Lindsay Lau director of sales and Margaret Stearns showroom manager and interior designer. Kilp has more than 15 years of experience in commercial design, Lau has more than 10 years of B2B sales experience, and Stearns recently graduated from Waukesha County Technical College with a degree in interior design.

Manufacturing

LIFE Corp., of Milwaukee, promoted Taylor Hintz to operations and marketing director. Hintz has worked for the corporation for more than two years. In his elevated role, he will oversee product manufacturing, purchasing and quality control. He will also be responsible for strengthening distributor relationships as well as product presence on distributor websites.

St. Francis-based Wixon appointed Kay Aaseby to director of procurement. Aaseby has more than 20 years of experience in purchasing in the food industry. She has worked in procurement, inventory management and supply chain leadership roles at Figi’s Gifts in Good Taste, Golden County Foods, Dairy Farmers of America and McCain Foods, among others. At Wixon, Aaseby will manage the purchasing team and will guide procurement strategies for goods and services for Wixon’s packaging, ingredients and third party manufacturing divisions.

Butler-based MRPC has named Eric Powers director of quality assurance.

Marketing

Innovative Signs Inc., headquartered in Waukesha, recently hired Ryan King as a project manager. King will assist the company’s sales and project management team with customer service. Innovative Signs also recently welcomed Brad Hubbard back to its staff as a project manager.

Waukesha-based Mangold Creative LLC added Sarah Kloth as a web and internet marketing specialist. Kloth previously worked for EPIC Creative as a digital marketing specialist. She has experience in web development, SEO, copywriting and digital marketing.

Technology

Milwaukee-based Symmetry LLC, named Andy Breton chief financial officer. Breton has more than 15 years of experience at the head of finance operations in the managed network services industry. He is well versed in financial analysis, product management, business planning, financial modeling and strategic planning.
