Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “I admire my father, Curt Rudy. He and my mother, Judy, started our family-owned business 30 years ago, and worked tirelessly to grow it into a successful, well-respected company. I admire him for his ethical business practices, willingness to take risks and unprecedented commitment to surrounding himself with quality people.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “The outlook for our industry is positive; activity has been increasing over the last year and the markets we target show consistent growth as well as a desire to change their workplace environment to respond to today’s diverse workforce.”
