Brookfield-based GSF Mortgage has received the Platinum Guaranteed Rural Housing Million Dollar Lender Award from the United States Department of Agriculture for the third consecutive year.
GSF financed more than $1 million in GRH loans to help the USDA raise more than $450 million during the fiscal year. The loans were used by more than 3,900 households in Wisconsin to purchase homes.
“We believe strongly in the GRH program and are pleased to have the ability to offer these benefits to our customers,” said Chad Jampedro, president. “For many of our borrowers, the GRH program has allowed them to achieve the dream of homeownership that they otherwise would not have been able. Making the list three years in a row is quite an honor for our originators and operations staff and we are already at work to make it a fourth year.”
