Kapco Inc. President Jim Kacmarcik has been elected to the board of directors of Cedarburg-based Partnership Community Bancshares Inc., parent company of Partnership Bank.
Grafton-based Kapco has more than 400 employees and includes K-Nation Entertainment, Advanced Coatings, the Lakeshore Chinooks and Given Entertainment.
“We are pleased to welcome Jim to the PCB Board,” said Dean Fitting, PCB chairman. “He truly shares the bank’s same passion and enthusiasm for providing leadership in the communities we serve, supporting the local economy by building trust relationships with business and community leaders, and making good on the bank’s obligation to help and guide the people living in the communities our banks serve.”
Kapco has been involved with a number of charity efforts, including the Kapco Kids Day at Summerfest and support of the MACC Fund, Cedarburg Junior Women’s Club and Kids2Kids Christmas.
“I was delighted to learn that the core team from the former Ozaukee Bank is back in the county,” Kacmarcik said. “There’s definitely a place for all types of banks and we are fortunate to have some good area banks … my preference, and what I’m hearing in the marketplace is, businesses like to work with a local bank that can make decisions based on the local conditions and priorities.”
PCB was founded in 2006 by Fitting, former Ozaukee Bank president and chief executive officer.
