Greenfield-based Advanced Pain Management has hired Dennis Skrajewski as president and chief operating officer.
The physician group, which has more than 30 physicians serving about 40 locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota, diagnoses and treats painful medical conditions with the most advanced and least invasive methods available.
“Dennis Skrajewski has a very impressive track record in health care management,” said Dr. Yogendra Bharat, chief medical officer at APM. “His leadership will be extremely valuable as we continue striving to provide the best possible care for our patients.”
Skrajewski attended Yale Medical School and then worked as a physician assistant. He holds an MBA in healthcare financial management from Boston University. He previously served as vice president of operations at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia, N.H.
Skrajewski most recently spent almost 10 years as a division vice president and vice president of corporate development at DaVita HealthCare Partners. While there, he earned the Rising Star Award, Accountability Award and GSD Award.
At Advanced Pain, Skrajewski will be tasked with improving operating efficiency and communications while focusing on patient satisfaction.
“Advanced Pain Management is one of the nation’s leaders in the pain management field and is at the forefront of acute pain treatment and technology,” Skrajewski said. “I hope to add value to the organization and help it grow throughout the region.”
