Wauwatosa-based real estate development firm Irgens sold the Actuant Corp. corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls for $15.37 million, according to state records. The transaction was recorded on Monday, Jan. 6.

Irgens built the 81,503-square-foot office building at N86 W12500 Westbrook Crossing, Menomonee Falls, for Actuant in 2011. Prior to the buildingโ€™s construction, Actuantโ€™s corporate headquartes was in Butler.

Irgens sold the building to St. John, Ind.-based Actuant Menomonee LLC, which is a consortium of individual investors and is not affiliated with Actuant Corp., said Actuant spokeswoman Karen Bauer. The deal will not affect Actuantโ€™s operations, she said.

โ€œThis has always been a leased facility,โ€ she said. โ€œFor us, we just simply have a new landlord.โ€
Actuant has 12 years remaining on its lease for the facility, Bauer said.

The property, including the building and its 6.35-acre lot, has an assessed value of $9,872,400, according to village records.
