Goodwill’s administrative support functions are currently based out of two buildings at 5300 N. 118th Ct. in Milwaukee. Goodwill’s missions services currently operate out of a building at 200 W. Vogel Ave. in Milwaukee. The nonprofit organization plans to remodel the Greendale facility and will move its administrative support functions and missions services there. It will have about 500 employees at the site.

The Greendale building was originally the home of Reiman Publications. Reader’s Digest Association bought Reiman Publications in 2002.

The Greendale building was sold by RDA Enthusiast Brands LLC, an affiliate of White Plains, N.Y.-based Readers’s Digest Association Inc. Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the sale for Reader’s Digest.
