Cardinal Stritch to showcase work of seasoned photographer

Cardinal Stritch University will showcase the work of renowned photographer B Artin Haig. His work displays some of Milwaukee’s most prominent leaders and will be on display Friday, Oct. 23, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Cardinal Stritch University City Center in the Pabst Redevelopment Project, 1037 W. McKinley Ave.

Artin was previously a White House photographer during the Roosevelt administration and has photographed Milwaukeeans such as William Davidson, son of one of the original founders of Harley Davidson; Peg Bradley, wife of Harry Bradley of the Allenn Bradley Company; Francis Ferguson, CEO and chairman of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company; and Erwin Uihlein, president of Schlitz Brewing Company.

Artin is 95 years old and is still taking photographs.
