Crisp LLC plans to purchase a two-story, 5,130-square-foot building at 1323 E. Brady St., Milwaukee. The building is vacant and was formerly occupied by Coco Bella Trattoria.
Crisp LLC plans to open a new restaurant and lounge in the building. The menu will include pizza, salads, and other fresh foods. Crisp received approval Tuesday for a $875,000 loan from the Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. (MEDC) for the project, which will include remodeling the building, installation of equipment and purchase of furniture. The total project cost is $1.165 million, according to the MEDC. The building has an assessed value of $900,000, according to city records.
