Waukesha-based Total Team Construction LLC, Waukesha, was awarded a contract to provide construction management services for the Adult Learning Center located at 1916 N. 4th St. Milwaukee. The project consists of select demolition on the first floor of the building and remodeling of the space to new classrooms, offices, and a computer lab. The architect for this project is Russel E. Lafrombois III, LLC.
Milwaukee-based Inland Companies Inc. recently completed a 7,972-square-foot expansion construction project for M&I Equipment Finance in the 250 Plaza Building at 250 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. In addition, Inland Companies was recently awarded the tenant build out for the U.S. Air Force Recruiting Squadron, a 7,200-square-foot project in Liberty Corporate Preserve at 10050 S. 27th St., Oak Creek.
