Schwager is new president of Sartori Foods
Plymouth-based Sartori Foods, a family-owned artisan cheese company, announced that Jeff Schwager is the firm’s new president.
"With more than 20 years of experience at (Milwaukee-based) Rite Hite, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Sartori Foods. He has successfully built profitable businesses through people development and innovative products," said Sartori Foods owner and chief executive officer James Sartori.
As president, Schwager will lead strategic development and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. James Sartori will continue to play an active role in the business as company CEO.
Chad Vincent also has joined the Sartori team as chief marketing officer. Vincent previously was the chief branding officer and division president at Fiskars in Madison.
