Real estate board suspends Kenosha salesperson
The state Department of Regulation and Licensing announced recently that the state Real Estate Board (REB) has issued an Order of Summary Suspension against real estate salesperson Michael Granger of Kenosha while allegations of improper practice are investigated and dealt with by the REB. According to the REB order, approved June 26, 2009, Granger is alleged to have: Forged the signatures of the sellers of a rental property and kept the proceeds of the sale without having a valid listing contract; allegedly took checks from a party interested in buying a property on a land contract and kept the money instead of giving it to the property owner or their lender; and allegedly forged the signature of another real estate agent to endorse a commission check to Granger.
