IndependenceFirst brings celebrity keynote to Milwaukee

Milwaukee-based IndependenceFirst, an organization dedicated to being a resource on access and independent living for people with disabilities, will host its 8th annual Powerlunch on Thursday, June 18 at the Midwest Airlines Center in downtown Milwaukee. This year’s keynote speaker will be Amy Roloff, star of TLC’s Little People, Big World.

Roloff will share her successes and challenges she has overcome as a little person in the workplace as well as the community.

The IndependenceFirst Powerlunch is an event that highlights the untapped potential of people with disabilities as a workforce, marketforce and a group that contributes to the diversity of the community.
