Randy Lorenz was recently promoted to first vice president at First Business Bank-Milwaukee. Lorenz has been with the bank for seven years, serving in a variety of leadership roles involving business development, lending, cash management, credit administration, and client service. Richard Schroeder was recently hired as controller of Brown Deer-based Bank Mutual Corp. He will work from the bank’s headquarters at 4949 W. Brown Deer Road. Schroeder was previously vice president of finance at another bank.
