Siegel-Gallagher Management Company recently obtained property management contracts for the Wisconsin Tower at 606 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee and for the 38,442-square-foot Deerfield Office Center at West Brown Deer Road and North 49th Street in Brown Deer. The 21-story Wisconsin Tower building was recently converted into a 74-unit condominium complex. Kris Ruka of Siegel-Gallagher will serve as the property manager for both properties.
