Brewers Charities Event

Milwaukee Brewers players and Brewers Charities, joined by U.S. Cellular and George Webb Restaurants, helped Wisconsin youth organizations get into the summer swing of things at a news conference at Helfaer Field on Wednesday, June 18. The event recognized the $140,000 that is being donated to the organizations by Brewers players Ryan Braun, Mike Cameron, Craig Counsell, Bill Hall, J.J. Hardy, Ben Sheets, Jeff Suppan and Rickie Weeks. Organizations that are benefitting from the donations include the Little Brewers Baseball Club, YMCA Day Camps, Girls of Summer Softball Program, RBI League, Wisconsin American Legion, Youth Game Tickets, Beckum-Stapleton & Felix Mantilla Little Leagues and Rickie’s Rookies.
