What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
3-5 days per week of weight training and 3-4 days per week of cardio training which conists of two rugby practices per week and multiple games throughout the year.

More energy, focus, and a general sense of well-being as fitness is a great reliever of stress.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
A commitment to fitness takes a lot of discipline and that carries over to tasks and challenges that you are faced with in your career. Fitness also leads to a healthy immune system which means you miss less days of work do to sickness and you generally have a lot more energy throughout the day.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
A corporation with a fitness initiative has healthier and more energetic employees. This leads to a more productive and more enjoyable work atmosphere.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
When time gets tight fitness is always an easy task to push off until the next day. As cliche as it sounds, the Nike motto of Just Do It is the best way to approach your commitment to a fitness plan.
