What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
I typically workout every day of the week, with varying degrees of intensity. Mondays are generally easier, shorter workouts with the weekends reserved for longer, aerobic workouts.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?
Milwaukee Rowing Club, Milwaukee Athletic Club
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
Being fit allows me to at least try to keep up with my even fitter friends.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
I am not sure how it affects my work life. I have always been into working out, so I can only guess what it means to be otherwise. I do often think, however, that I could add an extra hour or two a day of productive work if I did not workout.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
We all have different degrees of fitness, but without a doubt, being active just allows for a more buoyant attitude.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Make it a lifestyle, not just a workout plan. If you don’t, the workout becomes another check-off on your list. And there are always other items on the list that seem higher priority.
