Milwaukee-based Towne Investments announced that it has completed construction of two speculative industrial buildings at LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, and has found an anchor tenant for one of them.
One building, called Towne Industrial I, is 82,242 square feet, and the other, called Towne Industrial II, is 51,635 square feet.
Hanover, Penn.-based Snyder’s of Hanover Inc. has signed a lease to occupy about one-third of the Towne Industrial II building. The space will be used to distribute the company’s line of snack food products. Trent Poole and Pete Roberson of CB Richard Ellis represented Snyder’s of Hanover in brokering the transaction and Sergio Chapa and Rick Delisle of Lee & Associates represented Towne Investments.
The two buildings are just the latest additions to the rapidly growing Kenosha area, which has boomed in recent years as urban sprawl from the Chicago area has spread north of the state line.

Lee & Associates will continue to market remaining space within Towne Industrial I and Towne Industrial II, which is available for lease or sale, as well as more than 40 acres of additional land owned by Towne that is available for sale or build-to-suits within LakeView Corporate Park and the nearby Business Park of Kenosha.
