Milwaukee-based Zimmerman Architectural Studios announced that it has formed REDgraphix Inc., a subsidiary that will offer graphic, promotional and marketing services to real estate developers, architects and others.
The company’s initial services will include 3D renditions, digital watercolor renderings, animation and video, illustration, branding and logo design, marketing materials including print collateral and website design, and interactive media presentations.
"In working with our clients and partners, we’ve seen a very real need for the scope of services that REDgraphx will provide," said Dave Stroik, president of Zimmerman Architectural Studios. "Whether the project involves a comprehensive land use plan, a new structure, an interior design or a renovation, at a point in time it be comes necessary to create graphic visualizations and other tools to educate, inform and, in many cases, to sell the project. Because our staff works so closely with our clients in realizing and developing the concept of the project, we believe we are in an ideal position to translate the idea into multiple media and tools. We also see a market among firms, institutions and smaller architectural studios that require graphic services but can’t justify the cost in systems and personnel on a continuing basis."
The new subsidiary is led by architect Terry Sandee. REDgraphx will be headquartered in the downtown Milwaukee offices of Zimmerman Architectural Studios at 205 W. Highland Ave., Suite 400, Milwaukee.
