A Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant will occupy a 2,200-square-foot space in a three-building retail development by Ned Brickman at the northwest corner of Center Street and Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa. Brickman tore down the Heinemann’s restaurant, State Farm insurance building and Time Warner Cable building at the site for the development. Denver-based Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. has the largest quick-casual Mexican chain restaurant in the nation. with more than 580 locations. This will be the chain’s first location in Wauwatosa.
