176-unit apartment development planned in Pleasant Prairie

Organizations:

Green Bay-based Lexington Homes Inc. plans to build a 176-unit apartment development on a 9.8-acre site south of Prairie Ridge Boulevard, between 91st and 94th Avenues, in the Prairie Ridge subdivision in Pleasant Prairie. The site is southeast of St. Catherine’s Medical Center.

The project plans include four apartment buildings, a clubhouse, two ponds and a walking path. The plans have two 40-unit two story apartment buildings and two 48-unit three-story buildings. There would be 72 efficiency apartments, 68 one-bedroom units and 36 two-bedroom units.

All of the units will be leased at market rates. Monthly rents are expected to be between $655 and $1,400.
