Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group announced that it has purchased two buildings in the Business Park of Kenosha, with a total of 30,000 square feet of space.
One building, at 9121 58th Place, is occupied by Horizon Systems Machining.
The other building, at 9031 58th Place, will be occupied b Jade Electronics Inc., which plans to move from its current location at 3307 14th Ave., Kenosha.
The acquisition is the latest of several by Zilber in the Kenosha area. Zilber’s total holdings in the Business Park of Kenosha now total 320,000 square feet of space and 28 acres of vacant land sites.
“This is a strategic acquisition in a business park with desirable proximity to Chicago and Milwaukee, easy access to I-94 and is a continuation of our commitment to investing in industrial properties in this geographic location,” said John Kersey, executive vice president of Zilber Ltd.
